এনআরবিসি ব্যাংকে জাতির পিতা বঙ্গবন্ধু শেখ মুজিবুর রহমান এর ৪৮তম শাহাদাৎ বার্ষিকী ও জাতীয় শোক দিবস-২০২৩ যথাযোগ্য মর্যাদায় পালন করেছে। সোমবার, ১৪ আগস্ট, ২০২৩ গুলশান বোর্ডরুমে চেয়ারম্যান এস এম পারভেজ তমালের সভাপতিত্বে আলোচনা সভা ও দোয়া অনুষ্ঠিত হয়।অনুষ্ঠানে উপস্থিত ছিলেন ব্যাংকের পরিচালক এ এম সাইদুর রহমান, স্বতন্ত্র পরিচালক ড. খান মোহাম্মদ আব্দুল মান্নান, এয়ারচীফ মার্শাল (অব:) আবু এসরার, রাদ মজিব লালন , ব্যবস্থাপনা পরিচালক ও প্রধান নির্বাহী গোলাম আউলিয়া, উপব্যবস্থাপনা পরিচালক মো. রবিউল ইসলাম, উপব্যবস্থাপনা পরিচালক ও সিএফও হারুনুর রশিদ ও উপব্যবস্থাপনা পরিচালক হুমায়ুন কবির। অনুষ্ঠানে ভার্চুয়ালি যুক্ত ছিলেন সকল বিভাগীয় প্রধান, শাখা ও উপশাখা প্রধানসহ সকল কর্মকর্তাবৃন্দ। NRBC Bank Arranges a Meeting to Observe the National Mourning Day NRBC Bank observes the 48th Martyrdom Anniversary and National Mourning Day of the Father of the Nation, Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman, with due respect and solemnity in the year 2023. On Monday, August 14, 2023, a discussion meeting and prayer session was held at Gulshan Boardroom presided over S M Parvez Tamal, Chairman of the Bank. Bank's Director Mr. A M Saidur Rahman, Independent Director Dr. Khan Mohammad Abdul Mannan, Air Chief Marshal (Retd.) Abu Esrar, Raad Mozib Lalon, Managing Director and CEO Golam Awlia, Deputy Managing Director Md. Rabiul Islam, Deputy Managing Director and CFO Harunur Rashid, and Deputy Managing Director Humayun Kabir, among others were present at the event. The event was virtually attended by all divisional heads, branch managers, and sub-branch managers and others officials. The Chairman of the bank, S.M. Parvez Tamal, stated that Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman wanted to build a country for all but the conspirators tried to economically weaken the country by assassinating him. However, under the leadership of Bangabandhu's daughter, Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina, the country is progressing toward becoming a truly developed and prosperous nation. NRBC Bank is assisting in all development indicators of the country. Director A M Saidur Rahman said, the dream we dreamt for our Bangladesh was the dream of Sheikh Mujibur Rahman, the Father of the Nation. After independence, he worked day and night to shape Bangladesh. But the perpetrators did not deter him easily. We remember this great leader with pride. Air Chief Marshal (Retd.) Abu Esrar stated, Bangabandhu is our pride, he is our honor. It is because of his bestowal of independence that we have achieved Bangladesh. Guided by his ideals, we tread our path. The entirety of Bangabandhu's struggle-filled life represents our identity. Managing Director Golam Awlia said, after the independence, Bangabandhu made relentless efforts within a short span of time to fully structure the nation. He halted the ruthless bullets of the oppressors. If Bangabandhu had survived, we would have progressed towards an advanced nation long ago. NRBC Bank is working towards fulfilling Bangabandhu's dream. In this event, prayers have been offered for Bangabandhu including all the martyrs, who lost their lives on August 15, 1975. The solemn day was marked by planting trees and distributing clothes among underprivileged children. Furthermore, all employees of the bank are wearing black badges for the entire month of August.
