NRB Commercial Bank Limited launched its mobile app "NRBC PLANET" to bring comfort and mobility in the banking services. On Wednesday, 26 June 2019, Mr. Sheikh Fazle Fahim, President of FBCCI inaugurated the App at the Bank’s Head Office as Chief Guest. Mr. S M Parvez Tamal, Chairman of the Bank, Director Mr. Loquit Ullah, Mr. Mohammed Manzural Islam, Director Mr. A.K.M Mostafizur Rahman, Sponsor Shareholder Mr. Azadul Haq, Mr. Khondoker Rashed Maqsood, the Managing Director and CEO, Deputy Managing Directors Mr. Kazi Md. Talha, Mr. Md. Mukhter Hossain, Mr. Md. Ruhul Amin, Head of PRD and Divisional Heads of the Bank were present on the occasion. Through this Mobile app account holders will get numerous banking services such as notifications , fund transfer, credit card bill payment, top-up services, balance inquiry, touch point locator, product information, branch information, EMI/ discount partners easily. For the first time, the NRBC customers can withdraw cash from any Branch or Booth using App QR code facility. FBCCI President said that to sustain in the competitive market the Bank must accept modern technologies. He also hopes that NRBC Bank will provide effective services to the customers through newer technologies. S. M. Parvez Tamal said, the "NRBC PLANET" app is infused with the cutting-edge technology which will bring banking services at peoples doorsteps. In this regard, Khondoker Rashed Maqsood said, we have vowed to give the state of the art banking services to our customers and NRBC’s Planet is one of the prime examples of that.
