The 6th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of NRB Commercial Bank Limited were held

The 6th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of NRB Commercial Bank Limited were held. On 20 July-2019 Mr. S M Parvez Tamal, Chairman of the Bank presided over the meeting at Boardroom of the Bank at Gulshan, Dhaka. The Bank has declared 11 % Stock Dividend for the year 2018. Mr. Mohammad Shahid Islam MP, Vice Chairman, Mr. Mohammed Adnan Imam, Chairman of Executive Committee, Mr. Rafikul Islam Mia Arzoo, Chairman of Audit Committee, other members of the Board of Directors and Sponsor Shareholders were attended the meeting. Mr. Khondoker Rashed Maqsood, Managing Director & CEO, Mr. Kazi Md. Talha and Md. Mukhter Hossain Deputy Managing Director along with high officials of the Bank were also present.
