Homecoming Day of The Father of The Nation observed by Bangabandhu Parishad, Russia The Historic 10th January,Homecoming Day of the Father of the Nation Bangabondhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman, was celebrated by Bangabandhu Parishad Russia. The program was conducted virtually by Mr. S M Tamal Parvez, General Secretary and Chairman of NRBC Bank while presided over by Rafikul Islam Mia Arzoo, President of Bangabandhu Parishad Russia and Director of NRBC Bank. The Honorable Ambassador of Bangladesh to Russia, Mr.Kamrul Ahsan was the chief guest of the aforesaid program. The program was also blessed by the presence of the Guest of Honor, great Freedom Fighter and Ekushey Padak winner, Dr. Nuran Nabi who is also the President of the Bangabandhu Parishad USA. The program started with the National Anthem and later progressed through the discussion on the life of the Father of the Nation, specially on the significance of the Homecoming Day and Golden Jubilee of Independence of Bangladesh . It was followed by a cultural program where different patriotic songs were presented lead by a cultural team of Bangladesh Chhatra League. At the end of the program, the participants made a strong vow to follow and preserve heritage and legacy of the Father of the Nation and materializing his dream of a Golden Bangla.
