Recently in a convention center of the district the NRBC Bank Sharia Supervisory Committee Chairman Mr. Shah Mohammad Wali Ullah inaugurated the workshop and exchanged his views as the chief guest while Mr. Mahfuzul Haque, head of Islamic banking window department presided over the workshop. Sadar Upazila Chairman Alhaj Asaduzzaman Babu, Satkhira Municipality Mayor Taskin Ahmed Chishti, Satkhira Chamber of Commerce and Industries President Nashim Farooq Khan Mithu were also present as special guests on the occasion. Chief guest Shah Mohammad Wali Ullah said that Islamic banking is the motto of economic liberation. This banking system is beneficial for people of all religions. He urged everyone to come to Islamic banking system.
