The Earnings per Share (EPS) of NRBC Bank has increased as on Semtembet in this year. At the same time, the Net Asset value (NAV) of the mentioned quarter has also increased. On last 27 October, Wednesday the board of Directors have approved the unaudited financial statement(July-September) of 3rd quarter. The consolidated EPS of September stands at Tk 2.22 which was Tk 1.91. At the mentioned period of time the solo EPS has increased to Tk 2.03 from Tk 1.87. At the end of the current year the consolidated size of the balance sheet (including off-balance sheet) of the bank stands at 19 thousand 453 crore 99 lacs which was 14 thousand 630 crore 82 lacs taka in the last year. The consolidated NAV at this year September is 1 thousand 190 crore 88 lacs taka which was 932 crore 38 lacs taka. Solo NAV is 1 thousand 172 crore 46 lacs taka which was 928 crore 82 lacs taka. On the other hand, the consolidated Net Asset value (NAV) per share at September 2021 stands at Tk 16.14 whereas it was Tk 12.64 in the last September last year. The solo NAV per share is Tk 15.89 which was Tk 12.59 in last September. It is also to be mentioned that, The consolidated EPS of July-September stands at Tk 1.11 which was Tk 1.42. At the mentioned period of time the solo EPS has stood Tk .97 which was Tk 1.39 same quarter of previous year. SM Parvez Tamal ,Chairman of the bank presided over the meeting which was held virtually . Rafikul Islam Mia Arjoo ,Vice chairman, other Directors and high officials were present during the meeting.The Chairman mentioned that, NRBC Bank rendered it’s service with a positive mindset from the outset of the pandemic. Our main aim is to reach the marginalized people at different corner of the country. For this reason we have concentrated on agriculture, SME and CMSME sectors particularly. We are also focusing on creating new employments. All these measures have been reflected positively in our different financial parameters also. We have created a strong brand image in stock market transaction.
