NRBC Bank PLC has started its banking operations at Bhedarganj, Shariatpur. On 16 February 2025, the sub-branch was inaugurated by the Assistant Commissioner (Land) of Bhedarganj, Mohammad Mozaherul Haque, as the Chief Guest. Parvez Ahmed Selim, Officer-in-Charge of Bhedarganj Police Station, Md. Faruk Hossain, Head of NRBC Bank’s Dhaka South Zone, Agriculturist Abdul Halim, Head of Khulna Zone and Barisal Zone; Zakaria Mahbub, Faridpur Area In-Charge, Mr. Al-Amin Shikder Likhan, Manager of Jazira Branch and Md. Ataur, In-Charge of Bhedarganj Sub-Branch, Md. Shahidul Islam Swapan, distinguished businessman and Md. Mozammel Haque, Head Master of Pacific Laboratory School attended the event.
